Hearing: "The applicant is proposing several modifications to the rear of their yard. The applicant has plans to add a retaining wall that comes all the way to the rear property line. The applicant is also proposing two open air structures that have a roof. The structure on the southern property line is an open air entertainment center and is 265 sq. ft. in size. The structure on the northern property line is an open air summer kitchen 325 sq. ft. in size. Both of these structures at their smallest setback are 1 ft from the side property lines. The height of both of the structures is 13 ft. 9 inches.
