Hearing: The applicant owns several vehicles and a boat. The size is needed to accommodate the amount of vehicles, and the height is needed to accommodate the boat height. The applicant stated he was familiar with the wetland areas and where they were located on his property. He agreed to the conditions proposed by Staff. The property is located in a Rural area where the parcels are very large. The accessory building would be located behind the house. The property is heavily wooded. The proposed building will not be visible from the road. Several letters were received in favor. There was no opposition.
