Hearing: The applicant wants to construct another accessory storage building to store his antique vehicles. The building is not visible from Dangler Road or from the property owner to the north. The site is allowed up to 2000 square feet of storage space. This request constitutes a 15% variance. The BZA approved the request with conditions. Staff received two (2) commentaries in favor and one (1) in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing.
