A similar Variance had been granted a number of years ago for Mrs. Sanderson, but that approval had a time frame, which expired, and the relative moved away. The condition imposed by the BZA this time is not time-sensitive, but more adequately addresses the particulars of the situation. The request is consistent with other similar variances granted in the area. Several letters were received in favor. There was no opposition.
