Hearing: This an older home located in an urbanized area near downtown Orlando. The applicant wants to add a small porch addition onto the front of his house. The property has a steep angular front which contributes to the need for a variance. The house already is at 5 feet from the west property line. The porch will line up with the side of the house. Several commentaries were received in favor. There was no opposition.
