Request: Variances for multi-family development in the R-3 zoning district as follows: 1) To allow a maximum of 65 ft. in building height in lieu of 35 ft. 2) To allow a minimum parking ratio of 1.1 parking spaces per unit in lieu of 1.73 parking spaces per unit. 3) To allow a minimum parking stall area of 9 ft. by 18 ft.,162 sq. ft., in lieu of a minimum of 180 sq. ft. (either 9 ft. by 20 ft. or 10 ft. by 18 ft.)
