Hearing: The request was made as a result of Code Enforcement action. The garage is under construction and near completion, without building permits. The applicant needs the oversized building for storage of personal items, property maintenance equipment, and barbecue items related to his mobile barbecue business. The property is one acre in size and is located in an older residential area that is heavily wooded. The garage cannot be seen from the road or adjacent properties. Several neighbors signed a petition in favor of the request. There was no opposition.
