Hearing: The applicant wants to create two substandard lots 50 ft. in lot width and 7,000 sq. ft. in land area. There is currently a single-family residence located on the north side of the subject property. This is an older subdivision with homes constructed in the 1950's with lot widths of 50 ft. and land areas of 7,000 sq. ft., including adjacent properties to the north, south, and east. Eight similar variances have been granted in this area. There was no opposition to this request.
