Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages ____. The applicant needs overflow parking for his religious use. Staff advised the BZA the parking area was too close to a home. The homeowner to the immediate east spoke in opposition. She felt the property was better suited for a home. The applicant agreed to redesign the parking lot so the spaces would be directed to the west rather than to the east. He also agreed to construct a wall along the east property line to buffer the homeowner.
