Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages_____ The applicant agreed with the conditions. They asked for a minor change to condition #2, asking that they have the flexibility for something other than a wood fence, and that they do not have to build the fence until Phase Two. Staff and BZA agreed the requested changes were appropriate. There was no opposition present at the public hearing.
