Hearing: Staff provided a brief presentation on the case, and showed photographs of the garage doors that prevent locating the generator on the rear of the house. The applicant agreed with the staff recommendation. Staff received 4 commentaries in favor of the application and none in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing. The BZA approved the variance.
