Hearing: The Staff Report and recommendation is located on Pages _____. One commentary was received in opposition; however, the opposing party's primary concern was that the applicant had already brought the modular unit to the property prior to requesting County approval. The applicant's building contractor explained the applicant was not aware of the requirements when they purchased the unit. The contractor was not involved until after he was hired by the church to secure the permits. The BZA stated they wanted the applicant to secure the building permits in an expeditious manner, and therefore required the applicant to submit for permits within six months. The applicant agreed to the conditions.
