Request: Variances in the R-1A zoning district as follows: 1) To allow a lot reversion of a platted lot of record with 50 ft. of frontage in lieu of 75 ft. 2) To allow the construction of a single-family residence with 6,748 sq. ft. of lot area in lieu of 7,500 sq. ft.

Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff briefly discussed the proposal, covering the location and history of the property, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that four (4) comments were received in support and no comments were received in opposition. The applicant had nothing to add. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the variance by a 6-0 vote, subject to the three (3) conditions in the staff report.
