Hearing: The applicant owns a long and narrow lot that is wide on the lake side and then narrows as it approaches road frontage. The house sits at an angle directed towards the north property line. The variance is needed in order to construct the addition in line with the house. The variance is very minimal, and the house belonging to the abutting north property owner sits far into the lot, no where near the applicant's property construction. Several commentaries were received in favor. There was no opposition.
