Request: Variance in C-1 zone to replace existing legally non-conforming billboard (size, height, and separation from limited access highway) with a new billboard located 160 ft. from limited access highway in lieu of 500 ft. (Note: new billboard will comply with height and size requirements.)

Hearing: This is a request for a modification to a non-conforming billboard. The modification involves replacing a billboard containing three (3) non-conformities with a new billboard containing one (1) non-conformity. The BZA felt the new billboard was more aesthetic to have than denying the request and allowing the existing billboard to remain. There was no opposition at the hearing.
