Summary of the decision

VA-03-08-086 — William R. Kribs

Request: Variance in R-CE (single family-1 acre lots) zone for a substandard sized lot (Applicant is proposing 9/10 acre in lieu of one acre)

Decision: Approved

Hearing: The subject property is located within Waterford Point Phase 2 subdivision. In 1994, lots 13-19 and 23-28 in Waterford Pointe were replatted with land area slightly less than one acre. The applicant had submitted a Subdivision Determination Request to reconfigure the south property line of Lot 12 (the north property line of Lot 11). In review, it was determined that Lot 12 would not meet the one (1) acre land area requirement. Therefore, the applicant filed for Variance approval for a substandard sized lot. The applicant submitted a letter of approval from the homeowner¿s association. There was no opposition at the hearing.
