Hearing: The applicant is requesting for a bathroom addition to remain 5 ft. from the side property line in lieu of 7.5 ft. The previous property owner had constructed the addition without the necessary permits. The applicant obtained a building permit for soil stabilization work that is currently being performed under the existing bathroom. An Orange County Building Inspector conducted an on-site inspection and at that time noticed the close proximity of the structure to the property line and alerted the applicant of a possible zoning violation. Letters of support from the adjacent property owners that would be directly impacted by this request were submitted with this application. In addition, the applicant submitted a letter of approval from the homeowners association.

There was no opposition present at the public hearing.
