Hearing: The property abuts S.R. 436 on the east and Aloma Avenue on the south. Due to the residential zoning, the applicant is only permitted to have one 32 square foot ground sign. One was legally erected on the Aloma Street side as a replacement of an older sign. The applicant wants a second identical sign for the S.R. 436 side. Staff noted there is a second sign already existing along side the replacement sign on Aloma, which the church agreed to remove. The BZA felt this was a reasonable request given the church property's location at a busy major intersection. There was no public opposition.
