The applicant agreed with staff, noted that the request was for flexibility to construct a residence in the future and discussed the existing shed subject to code enforcement. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA noted that the shed would not a part of the request, discussed the Variance, stated justification for the six (6) criteria and unanimously recommended approval of the Variance by a 6-0 vote, with one absent, subject to the three (3) conditions in the staff report.
