The BZA agreed that the lot is odd shaped and acknowledged that the applicant has made every effort to design the house. The BZA observed that only four (4) feet on the corner of the house would encroach into the setback. Staff received two (2) commentaries in favor of the application and three (3) commentaries in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing.
