Request: Variance in the A-2 zoning district to permit a mobile home with 784 sq. ft. of living area in lieu of 850 sq. ft. This is the result of Code Enforcement action.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: "Staff explained the history of the property, including the fact that the mobile home, which is still on an axle and wheels, had been used in a prior location with an Agricultural Exception as a night watchman's quarters.  Staff noted that since the property is over two (2) acres in size, the applicant could remove the noncompliant mobile home and replace it with one meeting the minimum size without need for a variance. Staff noted that it had received two (2) correspondence in support and one (1) in opposition.  Staff was unable to determine where the person in opposition lived.
