Staff indicated the BZA recently granted a height variance for a block wall in the front yard of a residence in the neighborhood. The property owners on both side of the applicant's property submitted letters in support of the request. The Board concluded the request was reasonable and unanimously approved the request. There was no opposition at the hearing.
