C. AFFORDABLE HOUSING

D. 25th ANNIVERSARY

E. LIBRARY AWARDS

ACTION: (T-1:13 PM) Mayor Rich congratulated Broward County Library in receiving the Intellectual Freedom Award from the Florida Library Association and recognized Library Division Director Allison Grubbs in receiving the Administrator of the Year by the Florida Library Association. In addition, Mayor Rich congratulated Division Director Allison Grubbs in receiving the Toni Morrison Courage Award for fighting against book banning. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)
