Hearing: The applicant constructed the residence at a different location than was shown on the permit. The new location violates the rear yard setback. The applicant explained the reasons for his error. He has met with his neighbor and the neighbor submitted a letter of no objection, subject to the installation of a landscape buffer. The adjacent spoke to clarify the condition of approval. The BZA agreed to the condition and approved the request. There was no opposition.
