Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval of the Special Exception. Staff noted that no comments were received in favor or in opposition to the request. The applicant agreed with the staff presentation and noted a brief history of the food truck and the involvement of Code Enforcement. here was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. Code enforcement staff discussed the history of citation. The BZA discussed the request, determining the food truck is making the improvements to be in compliance with code and recommended approval of the Variance by a 4-0 vote, with two absent and one seat vacant, subject to the eleven (11) conditions found in the staff report an amendment to include Condition #12 as follows ¿A permit shall be obtained within 180 days of the final action on this application by Orange County for the carport, rollup doors, food truck, and any other unpermitted improvements.
