In addition, 6 ft. high board on board wood fencing will be installed along the north and south property lines and supplemented with landscaping to provide visual screening and additional privacy to protect the residents. The First Baptist Church of Union Park is the owner of the subject property and will operate the facility. The church's main campus is located on the west side of Culver Road directly across the street from the site.
