(NOTE: One proposed lot contains an existing single family residence. Applicant wants to build a new single family residence on the second proposed lot).

Hearing: The applicant owns 4 fifty-foot wide lots. There is a house on half of the property leaving 50 feet. The applicant wants to build another house on the vacant 50 foot lot. The code requires a 75 foot wide lot. Staff inspected the site and concluded there are other 50 foot wide lots in close proximity to the site. The BZA concluded the request was consistent with the development trend in the area. There was no opposition at the hearing.
