Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that no comments were received in favor of the request, and one (1) comment was received in opposition to the request. The applicant agreed with the staff presentation, briefly discussed the history of property and noted that the request is a decrease in height from a prior 2015 approval on the property. There was one (1) in attendance to speak in opposition of the request pertaining to traffic and height concerns. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor of the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the Variance by a 5-0 vote, with two absent, subject to the three (3) conditions in the staff report.
