Request: Special Exception in P-O (professional office) zone for religious use facility and Variance to allow new sanctuary over the 35 ft. height limitation. (NOTE: sanctuary building is 30 ft. at ridge and steeple is 30 ft. above the ridge, for an overall height of 60 ft.).

Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages______. The applicant requested a very minor change to the height of the new sanctuary, which resulted in a lowering of the steeple and small increase of the building ridge. The change was only a five foot deviation from the originally-advertised height. The overall height remains the same at 60 ft. There was no opposition present at the public hearing. The applicant agreed to the conditions.
