Permits were issued for the home in 2003.The survey submitted and approved with the 2003 permit application depicted all setbacks in compliance with the requirements for this particular subdivision. The applicant had concerns when a single family home was being constructed on the adjacent lot that seemed to close to his home. When a new survey was performed the survey depicted deficient setbacks requiring variance approval.
