Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____ The applicant wants to build a 2,100 sq. ft. home for his son on the southern portion of the subject property while continuing to reside in his home existing on the northern portion. The total acreage of the subject property is 4.74 acres. Approximately .64 acres consists of wetlands, and 4.1 acres are considered buildable acreage. Staff received comments from the Orange County Environmental Protection Division with respect to the wetland issue. Therefore, original conditions of approval noted in Staff's report were revised and additional conditions were incorporated pursuant to the Environmental Protection Division's comments. There was no opposition to this request.
