Provide unpaved parking in lieu of paved; 2. Allow maximum height of 55 ft. for church building in lieu of 35 ft.

Hearing: A Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages _____. The applicant received approval for this use in 1998 but let it expire. He is trying to re-establish the approval. Staff supported the proposed use provided there be no access connection to the residential neighborhood to the west. The applicant agreed. There was no opposition.
