Hearing: Because of the property having such dense landscaping, the 3.5-acre size of the lot, and the fact that the applicant has agreed to remove all other accessory units on the property, Staff recommended approval of this request. There was no one present to object to or support this request. The Board unanimously approved this request, subject to the conditions proposed by Staff.
