Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the history of past approvals, the location of the property, the site plan, including the location of existing and proposed improvements, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) Special Exception criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval for the Amendment to the Special Exception. Staff noted that three comments were received in favor and no comments were received in opposition to the request. The applicant had nothing to add to the staff presentation. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the Amendment of the Special Exception by a 4-0 vote, with one seat vacant, subject to the four (4) conditions in the staff report.
