The applicant indicated that they believed that the use would be an asset to the area. The BZA asked if they needed to have the facility opened as late as 11 p.m. The applicant indicated that it would facilitate those who worked late. The BZA was concerned with loitering at late hours. The applicant indicated that they would not allow loitering. When asked how, they indicated that they would have someone at the facility during operating hours to prevent any loitering. Staff asked if the BZA would like that as a condition. The BZA responded affirmatively. There being no one present to speak for or against the application, the public hearing was closed. The BZA concluded that adding a condition to secure against loitering should be part of this approval.
