The subject property is irregular in shape located in the Lake Cane Hills subdivision platted in 1958. The Board voiced concerns with respect to the negative impacts that this type of request may have on the lake. The applicant stated that a berm and swale is proposed along the west property line to offset those impacts. The Board imposed an additional condition to address this issue. The applicant submitted a petition consisting of 13 names in favor of the request with this application. There was opposition to this request.
