11/16/99: BCC approves BZA recommendations of 11/4/99.
Due to failure to comply with conditions of approval by 12/26/99, Staff remands case back to BZA
1/6/00: BZA denies previously approved Special Exception of 11/4/99 MC appeals BZA recommendation to BCC.
2/22/00: BCC upholds BZA's denial of 1/6/00.

Hearing: The Staff Report, located on pages -----, contains conditions that were prepared by the combined efforts of the Zoning Code Enforcement, Environmental, and Legal Divisions. Minor changes were made at the public hearing to conditions 4, 8, and 10 based on testimony received from a representative of the County's Fire Department. The applicant, James Meade, was present at the public hearing along with his legal counsel. He stated Mr. Meade wants to resolve the issues with the County and is, therefore, agreeable to the proposed conditions. There was no opposition present at the public hearing.
