Hearing: The applicant said he owns several rental properties and needs to store items associated with those homes in the building. The BZA felt the proposed building on this size property and its location-site would not be detrimental to neighboring properties. The existing accessory building is an old fallout shelter that has been there for decades. The applicant indicated it is still structurally sound and wanted to keep it as a storm shelter. However, the BZA wanted to ensure that there was aesthetic consistency between the existing and proposed accessory buildings. BZA suggested several conditions addressing the buildings' exterior finish and coloration. The applicant agreed to the conditions. Several letters in favor were submitted from neighboring property owners on Eden Park Road. There were no opposing parties present at the BZA hearing.
