25-157 — MOTION TO APPROVE donations to the Caribbean Americas Soccer Association, Inc. (“CASA”); the United Negro College Fund, Inc. (“UNCF”); and the Island Society for the Promotion of Artistic and Cultural Education a/k/a Island SPACE Caribbean Museum (“Island SPACE”), each a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization, in the amounts indicated below, for a total donated amount of $3,500, to fund the missions of the organizations from District 9’s Office budgeted funds for operating expenses; and to authorize the County Administrator to execute donation agreements consistent with the terms set forth in this item, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, and take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
