Hearing: The applicant wants to construct a new close-in garage. The garage will be 3.5 feet from the side lot line. The BZA had concerns about the proximity of the garage to the adjacent neighbor. They required a larger side yard setback so as to not establish an adverse precedent in this neighborhood. There was no opposition.
