The applicant stated that the sheds were there when they purchased the property, and they intend to remove them. The applicant also said that they understand that a business is not permitted on the property. The BZA wanted to confirm that the applicant understood that a business is not permitted on the property. A member of the public spoke in favor of the application, and in favor of the analysis presented by staff. Staff received no commentaries in favor of the application, and 1 in opposition to the application. The BZA approved the variance.
