Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages_____. The applicant wants to place a structure on the site to be used for religious purposes. The access to the facility will be from Alcock Road. Applicant was advised that prior to the issuance of any permits, the applicant will need to secure a cross-access easement. One resident spoke in opposition. She did not want the applicant to use Alcock Road because it was a private road and narrow. The BZA felt using Alcock Road was safer than allowing another driveway on Dean Road.
