Hearing: The staff report is located on Pages ----------- Prior to the hearing, a letter was received from the two adjoining property owners to the east (father and daughter owning the large and small parcels, respectively). They said the church had promised them a privacy fence along the common side lot line a number of years ago, and an attempt was made, but never followed through. They requested the church finish the fencing. The church promised the BZA they would get started on the fence. The BZA and church worked out the specifics on the length, height, and type of fencing necessary to meet code and provide the privacy to the next door neighbors. There was no opposition at the public hearing.
