Hearing: Both Mr. and Mrs. Monaco have critical medical conditions. They want their daughter to move onto the subject property to help take care of them and help maintain the property. The daughter has her own family with two children of opposite genders. These factors necessitated Variances #2 and #3. There was no opposition to this request. The applicant agreed to the conditions imposed by the BZA.
