Hearing: The applicant built a pool screen enclosure too close to his back property line. He has since removed the screen pending the outcome of this hearing. The applicant explained that a mistake was made by the screen installer. He felt the enclosure would not impact anyone. A neighbor to the rear of him spoke in opposition. He stated that his neighbors all agreed to comply with the local rules and regulations and felt if this applicant was allowed to break the rules it would set a precedent for the other vacant lots in this subdivision. The BZA agreed. Staff received 23 commentaries in opposition and none in favor.
