Staff concluded a day center would be reasonable on a major arterial roadway such as Goldenrod Road, provided adequate conditions were imposed. The applicant presented his request. He stated he wanted to provide a service to local families and felt this site was a proper location for a day care center. The BZA concluded the proposed use was reasonable at this location. There was no opposition at the hearing.
