The BZA discussed the size of the boat and trailer and the least variance possible that would help the applicant. Staff received 2 commentaries in favor of the application and none in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing The BZA made a motion to approve the variance as submitted. The motion failed. The BZA made a second motion to approve a variance for 800 sq. ft. The motion failed. The BZA made a 3rd motion to approve a variance for 700 sq. ft. The motion was approved by the BZA.
