Hearing: On July 3, 2003, the BZA approved a request to place a mobile home for living purposes on this sub-standard sized lot. At the time of development permitting it was determined that the mobile home purchased for placement on the property was too large and encroaches into the rear setback by 5 ft. Therefore, a variance is requested for this deviation. The placement of the mobile home will comply with all other setback requirements. The applicant submitted (2) letters of no objection from surrounding property owners. There was no opposition at the public hearing.
