Hearing: "The applicant wants to demolish the existing home and rebuilt a new one in its place. The lots on Lone Tree Lane are substandard in size. The substandard lot size makes it almost impossible to construct a home 50 feet from the normal high water line of the lake. Staff informed the BZA that 6 other variances were granted for homes located no closer than 35 feet from the lake. Therefore the request is consistent with past BZA actions. There was no opposition at the hearing."
