Request: Variances in P-O zone on an existing office building as follows: 1) To reduce the front yard setback on existing office building from 25 ft. to 9.9 ft to accommodate a FDOT right-of-way taking. (Approved w/Condition) 2) To reduce the parking stall area from 180 sq. ft. to 162 sq.ft. (Denied) 3) To reduce the minimum lot width from 85 ft. to 80 ft. (Denied)

Decision: Approved

Hearing: Staff presented the case, stating the request was due to FDOT taking an additional 70 ft of ROW. No action was taken on variances #2 and #3 and. Staff indicated they were not necessary.

The applicant stated that she was in agreement with the conditions. She also clarified that the some of the parking was going to be covered.

Staff received one letter of no objection and one commentary in favor of the request.

No one spoke in favor or in opposition during the hearing.

The BZA unanimously approved the request with five conditions of approval.
